[Update] cad/xschem to 2.9.7

Hello! This is a fresh release update from today. A lot of improvement has happened since 2.9.2 support for gschem symbols and schematics has been added and the gschem symbol library is also imported to xschem. That's why the diff is so long. I hope I got the paths correctly. Best regards,
