Hi,

this is an update for Lagrange to 1.17.6.

Some testing done on amd64. No issues found.

I'm unsure if this update should be backported to 7.4 stable because
several memory leaks have been fixed.
According to the developer[2] these have been significant.

portcheck and 'make port-lib-depends-check' are happy.
