The new dependencies render the loongson unable to build with default settings. As reported before [0] doxygen won't build on loongson without --english-only being set in the CONFIGURE_ARGS (ld fails, looks like another binutils problem). Perhaps we should set CONFIGURE_ARGS+=--english-only
