OpenBSD, as I would like to use it's glpk support for linear

Here are two updates. For gphoto2, it's a straightforward diff; for
libgphoto2, I removed many of the previous patches and replaced them by
a line of find+perl in post-extract. For this reason, I made a new .tgz

apparently the author used a #if 0 ... #endif construct, I replaced
this with /* ... */ comments and removed some windows-type ^M newlines.
Works fine on i386.

It makes sense to us since this code is very old and unmaintained, and
we have newer alternatives, like gnupg and pgp5.
