Would be nice to have more description. Upstream has

"Fairly un-documented static analysis / emulation / symbolic
analysis framework for PE/Elf/Mach-O/Blob binary formats on various
architectures."

which is still pretty terrible but slightly better.

Needs compileall.py and PLIST regen.

PLIST is pretty broken, it has a bunch of MACHINE_ARCH subst's that
need undoing.
