The wrapper script installed at /usr/local/bin/fs2open has this line:
/usr/local/bin/fs2open $*
I think this is a mistake, it should call the binary at
/usr/local/share/fs2open/fs2open. It's already installed with
SUBST_CMD, so this will work:
