Not a lot of info to go on. Best guess: add inet_protocols = ipv4,
ipv6
What is the result of:find / -name smtpd.conf
sudo find / -name smtpd.conf
/usr/lib/sasl2/smtpd.conf
That is the only result, I'm afraid.
And the contents of the file do match:
cat /usr/lib/sasl2/smtpd.conf
