I've controlled the mails delivery rate( F.E hotmail ,1mail /10s) in

When my customers send mails with nonsexist domain(sometimes maybe typo
error, EX. u...@hotmail.org ), these mails will be rejected and in queue for
a long time(normally 5 days), Is there a way for postfix to remove these
mails immediately or just send a bounce mails to the sender?

Sometimes we need send volume mails to our customers before holiday, most of
their mail address is hotmail, I've slowed down its sending rate by setting
smtp_destination_rate_dealy = 15s , but I still get rejected info from
hotmail. I don't know why.

As kindly suggested, I set /etc/postfix/main.cf: smtp_destination_rate_delay
to control sending rate , it does work.
But my question is how to set different sending rate according to different
destination. Ex. For hotmail, 30 mails/ min. but for gmail, 60 mails/ m.
