With "pickup -o receive_override_options=no_address_mappings...",
but that disables virtual_alias_maps lookup for all submissions
through the Postfix sendmail command.
Content filter re-injection with /usr/sbin/sendmail has limitations
that do not exist when
- SpamAssassin is called through SMTP+Amavis (avoids /usr/sbin/sendmail,
instead it uses dedicated SMTP server ports),
- SpamAssassin is called through the Milter API (no re-injection
into the same Postfix instance),
- SpamAssassin sits between two Postfix instances (no re-injection
into the same Postfix instance).
