We have a rule on header checks file like this;
/^Subject:.*sex/ REJECT Bad Header 92
but last week our staff sen an email an it's subject is
Subject: =?utf-8?B?QsSwWSBNRVNMRUsgRVTEsMSexLAgSEFGVEEgNQ==
thats why this mail
