How to reduce speed for certain domains

Dear All, I need to know how to reduce the sending speed or put in a delay of like 2 seconds before delivery to some of the domains. Namely yahoo, hotmail and a few others. Please help me and tell me how i can achieve this in postfix. Rgsd Dhiraj Stephen
