Alpine (formerly PINE) does all of this and a lot more: https://www.washington.edu/alpine/ Thunderbird is also a good option if you want a GUI, but not so light on memory. You may want to check out Mulberry as well. It's quite old but was one of the best IMAP clients of its time:
