Articulate requirements into business process flows, wireframes, mockups, and UI designs. - Create functional specification document of the business requirements. Create measurable and testable requirements that will be used to determine engineering design. Create use cases preferably with UML or equivalent modeling tool. - Provide technical and functional support for the project team, participating in requirement analysis and documentation reviews, and Drive key initiatives to completion. Ensure deliverables meet business needs, technology direction, their plan of record. - Participate effectively in team meetings; publish minutes, and track issues and actions to resolution. (Resolution Plans, Change Requests, Impact Analysis reports, GAP analysis documents etc.) - Assist Project Management team and business team with creation of actionable, functional specifications and tracking business and functional requirements, write detailed functional and technical specifications. - Quickly understands the business issues and web challenges of organization and industry (SWOT Reports and Competitors Analysis Reports) - Align stakeholders on business requirements, system requirements, program functions and strategy.
