Skills in JAVA, .NET, ASP and SharePoint 3. Strong relational database design experience 4. Strong experience with migration and version control systems 5. Strong experience with web-based development and support 6. Strong experience defining technical infrastructures (understanding how hardware, software, networks, servers, security and middleware all fit together) 7. Ability to collaborate and support standardization efforts within the DPS and the State of Minnesota systems 8. Experience with state and/or local government Desired skills: 9.
