Position: E-Commerce Analyst & Technical Writer Location: FL
Duration: 3 Months *Complete Description: * The E-Commerce Analyst & Technical Writer position will be responsible for business analysis and project delivery of multiple E-Commerce IT solutions across many web sites around the world. This is an IT position that works extensively with globally distributed business-oriented groups and customers. The position requires a strong understanding of fundamental E-Commerce business operating models as well as a strong understanding of IT project implementation. *Responsibilities: * -Identify, understand, and capture business vision and be able to relate business vision to implementable IT solutions. -Develop detailed software specifications based on identified product requirements. -Assume full accountability for coordinating and facilitating the gathering of software requirements. -Introduce innovative ideas and contribute to usability analysis and design sessions. -Manage multiple projects throughout varying phases of the software development lifecycle. -Interface with internal and external business partners in a professional and collaborative manner. -Demonstrate clear and effective thought process as well as clarity and simplicity in writing and communication. -Create prototype visual and contextual designs in a collaborative manner with cross-functional international teams. Candidate should have the proven ability to understand, manage and lead highly complex E-Commerce projects from conception through implementation. *Skills Required: * 1. Strong written and presentation skills using tools such as Microsoft Visio and Microsoft PowerPoint. 2. Extensive experience documenting IT Business Requirements, Wireframes, Mockups, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications. 3. Ability to demonstrate and convey a clear understanding of complex technical solutions to business users in a clear and simple presentation format. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven history of building strong relationships with team members. Approximately 5 years of experience in the E-Commerce or Online Retail field is required. International E-Commerce experience is a plus. This position may require some international travel. A Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent training and experience is preferred.
