*Location: Cincinnati, OH/REMOTE*

*Type: Contract*



*Description: *

At LEAST 2 years’ experience (prefer for 3-5)

• Experience in healthcare design or related area

o   Some experience in compliance, HIPPAA, etc (has had to understand the
constraints around talking to and building for restrictions + PHI)

• Experience with large cross functional organizations

• Experience in Usability testing among other research
methods

• Self-starter and able to estimate work for planning

• Experience in facilitating / participating workshops
with a team + stakeholders

• Strong in mapping (journey mapping, service mapping)

• Strong in UX + familiar with design systems (UI)

• Designed for Website, IOS and Android

• Experience handing off designs to developers and
working with them to ensure successful implementation

• Experience in design for accessibility understanding



*Bonus:*

• Has redesigned an existing product

o   Understands how to help define priority based on known needs and
customer feedback

o   Understands how to set up some success metrics

• Experience in having both digital and physical
concerns (there is a lot of thinking about how to support manual processes
connecting to the associate facing product)

• Speaks to working with multiple KINDS of stakeholders

o   PM, tech, other PDs. < digital “normal” stakeholders

o   Business stakeholders

·   3rd party interactions (for integration)
