Migration Experience Plan, implement and maintain Disaster Recovery methodology for all production databases. Work with technical architects to ensure data model meets the platform’s requirements for the business and technical perspective. Define business object/database table mappings and structures, fail-over strategies and distributed data strategies. Ensure database objects (views, stored procedures, triggers, constraints, etc.) and SQL statements meet performance and security objectives. Ensure database migration scripts and programs meet data integrity, performance and security objectives. Maintain and publish the database installation/operation guide and other pertinent documentation. Develop, review and enforce database standards.
