The Business Analyst II is responsible for interpreting business intent on development projects, and leading data governance of various concepts in the loan underwriting and loan servicing sectors. The candidate works directly with internal customers to understand the business environment and needs, liaising with technology and application development teams, and bringing an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving. *Job Responsibilities:* Leading data governance of loan underwriting, securitization and servicing concepts related to the Multifamily business model; Providing technical data support and expertise for future expansion (Common Securitization Platform, Federally mandated disclosure requirements, etc.); Writing, refining custom queries across multiple systems in order to glean useful business information from legacy data; Quickly learning new areas of Multifamily business; Working closely with SMEs across the operational offices within underwriting, loan servicing, securitization, bond administration, investor disclosure, etc. *Skills:* Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Strong knowledge of design techniques and principals involved in conceptual data modeling.
