Finally I succeeded in resizing the parts of the outgoing mail window,
but now there was an display error. Bringing the window to the background
and to the foreground again solved also this problem.

Doing an mailing for an exhibition with 77 receivers I cannot edit the
text because PM shows only the receivers and doesn't allow to move the
border between the receivers and the text below. The 'hand' cursor does
not move anything.
