Cannot launch PowerMail

Greets - I've just upgraded a user from an eMac to a new iMac, and everything seems to have gone smoothly except that he is now unable to launch PowerMail, which crashes before it gets anywhere. I've tried holding down Command-Option, but PM doesn't get far enough to even read that, and still
