In a filter, when trying to paste in the editing field for an automatic
answer, nothing happens. The paste menu item is disabled. You first need
to type something in the field before pasting works.
I also feel it should be possible to set the account from which the
automatic message is sent.
but of course, he wasn't relying on the beta in a real-world
production situation, and therefore everything he did in the beta is
disposable so that he can go back to the shipping version for real usage.
Right?

Otherwise there is no point in making a backup in the first place.
Of course, you can revert to 5.1 from your backup.

No, as it was indicated before your database has been converted, there
is no way back.

mail servers?
