Are you setting it up as POP? Am I right in thinking mac is an IMAP server. Certainly in mail.app it sets up as IMAP and not POP. I had to put in the full email address as userID. Since I will soon have 4 different accounts with this ISP (for support work with different organizations), I do hope to find a solution in PowerMail or I will be forced to use Apple Mail for this ISP.
