Where can one set "online status" to "marked for deletion"?  It's
probably staring me in the face, but I don't see that anywhere in the
'Mail Filters' window.

Actually, I really don't see why folder order can't be a user setable
thing. I'd also like to be able to sort folders at will according to
some optional criteria.
