Hello Ira,

Do you mean it did happen to you before you went to 5.2.2? The only time
it happened to me was after I went to 5.2.2

But it hasn't occurred since so I guess I'll never know the reason now.

In my PM 5.5.2 folder there are three files...

Message Database
Message Database 2
Message Database 3

Are all these necessary or can I delete two of them?

Only one is used. Verify the modification date, but the one used by
PowerMail should be "Message Database". I don't know where does the
other come from, but you can probably delete them.
