STP sometimes uses PAPR's for facial contamination prevention when TEDE/ALARA
is not required. Apparently power-visors (or similar) were used in the past,
but decontamination of various parts and getting them back in service was an
issue.

We are evaluating the possible use of Power-visors for situations in which
facial contamination is a concern but a TEDE/ALARA Evaluation does not require
respiratory protection and the any potential airborne will be less 1 DAC.

Are there any sites that use a similar practice that would be willing to share
any lessons learned?

Thanks,
