Hi Brad, When we moved our Q3 out years ago it was a big issue. It weighs about 12000 lbs. Lew Helgeson said there was no non-destructive way of lowering the weight. We finally involved our riggers to move ours out after the building services folks broke several hand trucks. They ended up using 4 things that had track like feet and got it into the hall. They then brought a fork truck into it.
