Hi,
I'm seeing this r300 issue on a PowerBook G4, after upgrading
from 7.5 to the June 2nd snapshot, and then the June 15th snapshot,
with sysupgrade.
I just start X with xenodm, and run glxinfo from an xterm:
glxinfo:/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/dri/r300_dri.so: undefined symbol 'spirv_to_nir'

Hello,
I was recently offered a G5 which is not supported yet by OpenBSD
(per www.openbsd.org/macppc.html):
* Power Macintosh G5 (October 2005, dual core (PowerMac 11,2))
is not supported yet.
* SATA does not work on PowerMac G5 and Xserve G5 systems.
(I do have the PowerMac 11,2 mo

Quad G5, while I have a Dual Core G5 (and an NVIDIA...), so here's
what happens.
I'm booting cd58.iso, with "boot cd:,ofwboot /5.8/macppc/bsd.rd" on
OpenFirmware.
However, it panics quickly, and the screen gets a bit corrupt

Hi,
I have a PowerMac11,2, which is a G5 that doesn't have AGP, only
PCIe.
At the moment, it only has an NVIDIA GeForce 6600, and so X only
uses wsfb(4), and that's in monochrome. But I'd like to do more
macppc testing.
Does anyone know which videocard is known to work at the moment
on a PowerM
