The conference is LaTiCE - Learning and Teaching in Computing and Engineering Conference, sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society. The deadline -- for abstracts, not full papers -- is fast approaching. Proceedings will by published by the IEEE Computer Society. The conference will be in Macau, which I'm told is beautiful.
