[PPower4] using the mouse instead of Return key

Perhaps you could just keep a per page count of the number of \pause commands? This is easy to add in tex with a counter. It will not always do the right thing (see below), but it should get most cases correct. some text \pause more text \pauselevel{=1}\pause will fool the counter method into
