Vista was suppose to be Microsoft's new 64 bit OS, but when it wall
released, it came in both a 32 bit and 64 bit version with the 64 bit
version not very well supported yet by 64 bit hardware, so there is
going to be a painful transition period, kind of like going from the 16
bit dos version
