Interesting discovery about the Command Window I
1) Use the runtime for your app, probably needs to be an .EXE, at least as
the starting program that can call your .APP.
2) READ EVENTS (#1 above will need this ,too)
The Command Window is only visible when running in the IDE and READ EVENTS
has not been used.
