Eqeus works nicely (to create a PDF) here but you get to buy it. :-(

You can use a PostScript printer (as mentioned earlier) then use
GhostScript (as mentioned eariler) to create a PDF. My experience is
that Eqeus is much
easier. What's your time worth? :-)
Hope this helps

The latest version of this (XFRX) now also outputs to OpenOffice Writer
format as well as Word PDF (and a bunch of others).

As I said, try frxtoword. It is free on the UT, or used to be. If it
is a relatively-simple report, it should work.

If this is going to be an on going thing you could look at xfrx and
frx2any as your reporting tools. These would give you a wealth of options.

How would I print to Word? I'm looking at the Report Form command and see
nothing there about printing to Word.
I found a utility that creates a PDF printer, and that works nicely, but

John,
You can write Word using Word automation. You creat a Word object and then manipulate it from VFP.
I currently use CutePDF (Free) to print to PDF. Yes, it does prompt for a file
name (not sure if you can bypass that but I didn't need to).
You can bypass
Print to PDF and email. Both steps can be automated.

Great! I'll keep the Blat plug anyway! ;-)

One could, of course, send the output to a PDF file. Search the
archives for plenty o' code and PDF-file

Um, let me finish that sentence: ... of rendering the report output
