Those are old Windows installations. Can be safely deleted if you don't have
anything useful which would want to save first (which I strongly doubt).
Look for old Program Files folders too.

FYI, Windows 7 has a Anytime Upgrade which simplifies the whole upgrade
process. Literally, you enter in a key and the
magic happens. I have done this for several computers and it is a seamless
and quick process.
