I think you have a misunderstanding. The VFP MyExecutable.EXE is not
loading a web page. The MyExecutable is using OLE/COM interprocess
communications to communicate with a *different* EXE -- the web
browser -- and this is what it accessing the internet. The
MyExecutable is just providing the UI
