You can first install j903 into your home folder first and then cd to the j903 folder. And execute $ sudo bin/install-usr.sh will copy j to folders to /usr This shell scrpt shoudl work on both debian and redhat derivatives. Then j can run from anywhere $ ijconsole NOT jconsole > On 14
