Must Need : Passport Copy, Number /Highest Education Document Local Resume is always preferable>> Role : ServiceNow Developer Location : Celebration, FL Duration: 12+ Months Client : TCS(WWW.TCS.COM) *Job Duties:* 1) Assessment of SACM (Service Asset and Configuration Management) Stories and Functional requirements and provide technical design and solution 2) Provide recommendations to improve the existing design as per ServiceNow/Industry best Practices 3) Review the ITSM Functional/Business requirements and provide technical design, solution and resource estimates 4) Technically lead a development team and Provide coaching to less experienced developers to help them improve their skills 5) Peer Review the completed work by other developers to confirm development best practices and Provide technical alternatives where code issues may be seen 6) Should have excellent communication skills both verbally and written *Qualification:* 1) 5-7+ Years of Experience as ServiceNow Developer and Architect 2) 5-7+ Years of Experience in development and designing of Stories/defects related to ITSM modules 3) Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment 4) Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives 5) Experience in implementing large-scale custom development and/or systems integration projects in various ServiceNow modules 6) Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities 7) ServiceNow and ITIL certification 8) CMDB *Position 2: Service Management Configuration Senior Specialist (ServiceNow CMDB/Discovery specialist)* *Job Duties:* 1) Act as the subject matter expert SME) for data contained in the CMDB and provide data analytics services to identify gaps and take action to resolve. 2) This role will also act as the CMDB reporting SME taking in reporting requirements and providing details to support customer requests. 3) Daily Operations – Discovery – act as backup / support current analysts as needed to support ServiceNow auto-discovery including scheduling and running discovery jobs, trouble shooting and resolution of failed discovery jobs, and ensuring the successful adding/updating of relevant data in the CMDB.
