Role : Sr Java Developer with (Hadoop Development) Location : Denver, CO Duration: 12+ Months Implementation partner : TCS QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Sr Java and Big Data Developer –Hands on experience with Kafka, Spark & Mongo DB 1.Design and development of high quality distributed Java middleware, data-flows, and automated unit tests 2. Participation in stand-up and grooming meetings 3. Partnership with other developers and participation in peer code reviews to ensure quality deliveries and share knowledge and experience 4. Partnership with QA to ensure quality deliveries 5. Partnership with DevOps personnel to deliver and provide escalation support of solutions in production environments 6. Hands on experience in Java Spring, Spring-Boot, Spring-Security. 7. 8+ years of experience with development of enterprise applications using Java, Spring, web services (REST and SOAP / JAX-RS and JAX-WS)8. Experience with distributed messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and databases (Oracle and NoSQL/MongoDB)9. Experience with Linux deployment environments 10. Knowledge and experience with secure coding practices and industry standard transport security methodologies. 11. Experience with virtualization/cloud technologies, such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry, OpenStack, and/or AWS 12. Experience with distributed computing and big data systems, such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, NIFI, and/or StreamSets. 13. Development and automation tools, such as: Maven, Git, GoCD, Ansible 14.
