   - 8+ years of software development experience in building and

   - Experience in using PEGA Admin studio to manage requestors, agents
   - Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise
   Class Structure design and Ruleset design
   - Good skills with communication and can be independently driven to
   start calls/ discussions with stakeholders
   - Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
   - Candidate should also have good knowledge of Unix, Apache Tomcat, and
   web server maintenance
   - Ability to work in large, collaborative team to achieve organizational
   goals
   - Experience in working Agile environment
   - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or the equivalent combination
   of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge
   skills and abilities
   - Master’s Degree in computer science or related or equivalent
   experience preferred.
