*Job Description:*

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *1. Good knowledge on Salesforce Service, PRM
and Sales cloud , SFA & Data Migration testing.
2. Good knowledge on Organization Administration, Customization,  Data
loader, Reports, Dash Boards, Workflow & Approvals.
3. Strong knowledge/exposure to  Salesforce.com Standard Objects and custom
objects
4. Strong knowledge of software QA processes and testing methodologies.
Well conversant with traditional, CI/CD and Agile methodologies
5. Good knowledge on the API testing using web services
6. Good to have - knowledge on Custom Integration of Outbound Messages,
Reports, Custom Objects and Tabs, Email Services, Security Controls,
AppExchange Package & Custom Application, Sandbox data loading.
7. Good hands on knowledge in Sales and Services modules, Data loader,
Regression testing. Impact analysis, Assignment rules, Case routing rules,
SLA etc
