based on http://blog.freenode.net/2014/09/server-issues-2/ I recommend
everyone who has registered their nickname at Freenode to change their
password as soon as possible.
See https://freenode.net/faq.shtml#changepass on how to do that.
Note this _only_ affects the Freenode IRC service. _No_ TDF services are
affected.
