[prometheus-developers] Announcing our intention to move to goreleaser

Dear developers community, I'd like to announce here that we are planning to move away from our build tool, promu, to use goreleaser. https://goreleaser.com/ We will work on this in the close future, after which promu will become un-maintained (and moved to the prometheus-junkyard github org).
