I have Prometheus running on a azure VM. And have few other VMs in multiple subscriptions peered with the prometheus VM/Vnet. So i can reach the target VM metrics at http://IP:9100/metrics. But the service discovery itself is not working unless i use a public IP/internet Prometheus service dis
