I finally decided I want an icon on my screen to enable/disable the top
overlay. I don't care where it ends up, one of the floating toolbars or the
main toolbar. I'm looking at the process list and can't seem to find one to
do the trick. I also looked in the help and on the site. No luck yet.
Tony,
Look under the macros tab, for a macro called pdblayer.bas this
is in my templates file but you may have to search you HDD for
it... That should get you going.

Darren

find any reference to it either...

I had one called pcblayer.bas, but not pdblayer.bas.
I looked inside pcblayer.bas to see if what I wanted was in there, but I
didn't spot it.

Heh heh. I actually don't do too much customizing (I probably should) and
their docs aren't so good in this area...
At least I figured out how to put this in there (the stuff before the
section you just handed to me):
DesignName=\system\templates.ddb | DocumentName=macros\ToggleTopOverlay.bas

but I guessed the toggle bit from memory.
So now the just leaves the button bmp, I was thinking

It's Friday night here. Actually 2:52AM Sat... time to sleep.
