Primitives/Pins. Check All in Hierarchy and press Update
List. Look for two occurrences of the pins in question.
Found it right away using the above approach. Duplicate pin numbers in the
part. DOH! The pin numbers were hidden

There is a component rule check under Reports when
I discovered some pins connected to wrong nets in the PCB. Alarmed, I
deleted all nets from the PCB to reset the synchronizer (after Save as of
course). I chose Update PCB in the schematic editor and output the .SYN
report of the proposed changes:
