We use them on a regular basis for 24hr turns, with great results.

We are considering using sierra proto express for some 1 day turn 6 layer
boards (5 5 design rules, controlled impedance, fineline bga)

I used to use them, never had a problem. But they were not the least
expensive alternative for fast delivery of prototypes, though it is
possible that's changed (haven't bought any protos for a year or more, and
it's been quite a few years since I bought anything from Sierra Proto Express).

i think they are ok, maybe pricey
but for one day and the high tech bd you describe you really need to pay
a lot for quality
there is so much more to lose at the next step
i can strongly recomend vector fabrication, they maybe could do one day
but they might need 2-3 days
