I used to use them, never had a problem. But they were not the least expensive alternative for fast delivery of prototypes, though it is possible that's changed (haven't bought any protos for a year or more, and it's been quite a few years since I bought anything from Sierra Proto Express). At

they give good ads ! :) i think they are ok, maybe pricey but for one day and the high tech bd you describe you really need to pay a lot for quality there is so much more to lose at the next step i can strongly recomend vector fabrication, they maybe could do one day but they might need 2-3 days
