If all you want to do is a lot of cad spread sheet stuff, the Matrox G4xx series seems to be fine. If you will be using opengl direct3d, you will probably be better off using an Nvidia chipset based card. I recommend a Geforce 2. At high resolution + high scan rate, the Matrox seems to

A real good idea, That means, that you see a percentage of board space used every time you place a new part in schematic. Relatively easy would be a sum of all the part-space divides the total board - space. But does this help ? Example: a 100 by 100 board can't have to parts 51 x 51, even

Steve, Using a \ backslash before any character will produce an overbar for net labels and pin names (in SchLib). Fired up Protel 98 just to check if it worked with part type fields, but no. So to the best of my knowledge its not a facility that has disappeared with SP6 of some kind.

Hi Bob Firstly, try to export the files in ASCII Format - that way you should be save from loosing any files. Make a copy of the files and try to re-import them, - or create a new DBB and then try to import them. You may also, (make a copy before doing so) ,try to remane your DBB file. Cheers
