Have you moved the origin of the PCB? I have found often run into disconnect between the gerber output and the drill output origin if the origin was changed using the EditOrigin Command. There is a reset command (EditOriginReset). Try resetting the origin and outputing all new files. The

This happened to me once before. For some reason Protel got stuck in the place line instead of interactive routing mode. I think the way I got it to work properly again was to right click somewhere in the PCB editor work space and select the top menu item Interactive Routing. -Original

This can be used for nearly all objects, text, lines etc. you can also drag a current object over another to get the cloning to work. I've also found you can clone between different object types, in particular the text part. Useful for Netnames derived from Ports and Sheet Entry Portals.

I think that I know what you mean, As a workaround if you really want to edit it in Protel ddb, you can import the saved Excel file from Excel, which you created from the CSV. Why dont you just use the spreadsheet capabilities of Protel, its not the most state of the art thing that the world
