here my comment from the other side of the ozean. I do round PCB near only. The
only thing I figured out to do is to set the keepout as a polyline. For the
circums where unchecked in DRC in Protel3.0 where I started to use Protel. As
far as my memory is correct.

The strings I got in Protel as a result of PCAD
database import were real strings. They could be
selected and edited but not deleted untill the PCB was
saved.
The problem was fixed.

There are some things that disappear when zooming in
(like dimension lines and arrows) but this is Protel
problem I think because I see it on existing database
files.
My problem wasn't the same. The strings were editable
no matter of the zooming.
Regarding the fix with saving it only works

required, a given soft/hard configuration loses a portion of its speed to
the porting application. How does Lindows perform in this respect??
