Hi, Well, time to get rid of my old switched UPS and get a new 1. I have almost no knowledge in what there is available in the industry. I need at least 1.5KW, true online sine wave. 120V, 60Hz, and the ability to accept my 4 truck batteries externally. (I need 4 hours at half load)

I've always had faith in APC, but there are probably several companies out there now that are competitive. I bought two APC SmartUPS2200 on ebay a year ago for dirt cheap ($150 each) and put new batteries in them. Each set of 4 were about $160 I think. They have saved my 'data' MANY times. I saw
