I feel I have to comment on this, maybe a liitle off of Geoff's line but the
2.8
comes into play. I have asked in the past that the pads stack include
EVERYTHING down to the plane layers, spokes, spacing, gaps, etc
as it was done in 2.8.

It seems though that the default is now *off* and you need to turn it *on*

Are you impotring the schematic when you get the messege? If so then
yes it is ok. you will find it was in the Orcad cache and doesn't matter to
you. If it is in Pcb I can't help sorry.

In most cases I don't have the luxury of modifying the schematic. If possible
can you build a footprint with a multylayer pad with a drill zero? If so
build one and overlap the pads on the common point to the 2 resistors.

As for the original question about obtaining a IPC-D-356 netlist
format, I don't think anybody mentioned using
ECAM from ACT. My understanding is that they 'may' have been the first to
support and generate IPC-D-356 format. Not cheap but my experience with them
